Collin County signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Intel on June 14, 2016 for a Closed Point of Dispensing (POD) Site. Court order number 2016-391-06-13. Intel has changed leadership and at this time the current leadership does not want to continue as a Closed Point of Dispenisng (POD) site.
