Department Action

The Court Appointed Attorney Pay Sheet (CAAPS) process need improvement. Judges and Court Administrators want to see dashboards of attorneys and their payouts.

This project involves the District Judges, Court Administrators, MHMC Director, MHMC Coordinator, Auditor's Office and Commissioners Court. We will need the following Tableau licenses to support this project:

We are requesting a Budget Amendment to move funds from the CIJS (TI03JUS) account.

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval to award Contract 2019-246 Tableau Software for Court Appointed Attorney Pay Sheet to Insight Public Sector, Inc. per Omnia Partners contract 4400006644 and request budgement amendment for same. sh

Budget Department Action

Funding available in the 2006 Tax Notes Project for the Justice System (TI03JUS) in the amount of $25,700.33 for the purchase of Tableau Software for Court Appointed Attorney Pay Sheet project. Budget Adjustment in the amount of $25,701 from project contingency is attached. Purchase will require annual maintenance to be budgeted in the General Fund (0001) each year going forward in the amount of $26,000.
