Department Action

Per section 31.0211 of the Texas Education Code, school districts are entitled to an annual allotment of state funds to provide instructional materials for Juvenile Justice Alternative Education Programs. The Juvenile Probation Department is requesting grant funding to purchase instructional material pursuant to the education code in the amount of $15,510.00 to support academic instruction for youth attending the JJAEP Program. There is no county match for this grant.
