PLAT CHANGES
The lot line between lots 5 and 9 is moving to the south slightly. Lot 5 will be 4.575 acres. Lot 9 will become1.447 acres.
This replat does not require a public hearing.
The property does not lie within a Cities Extra Territorial Jurisdiction (ETJ).
ACTION
We recommend Commissioners Court approve the Replat of lots 5R and 9R of Branchwood Estates No.1.
