Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Contract Amendment No. 1 to Maintenance, Redaction Services Agreement for County Clerk, AGR No. 2018-256 to Granicus, Inc., per the attached documents and authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. cw

Granicus, Inc. is the sole source provider for Redaction Software per Court Order 2015-700-09-28.
