Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Contract Amendment No. 1 to AiLIS Software Maintenance Agreement for County Clerk, AGR No. 2017-022 to Granicus, Inc., per the attached documents and authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. cw

Granicus, Inc. is the sole source provider for the AiLIS Software per Court Order 2015-699-09-28.
