Department Action
 I respectfully request the court to review and approve the attached agreement between the Minute Man Disaster Response Foundation and Collin County. Minuteman has proven to be an invaluable asset to the county in the assistance they provide not only to the county but also to our citizens. They have recently expanded their capability and services they can provide. This agreement reflects their enhanced capabilities and will replace the current agreement we have in place. 
 
Purchasing Department Action
Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of the Statement of Agreement between the Minuteman Disaster Response Foundation and Collin County.  A volunteer disaster charitable non-profit assistance organization, Minuteman Disaster Response Foundation maintains its capability to take immediate action to provide emergency assistance to any number of people affected by, and emergency workers involved in, all-hazards emergencies/disaster or the threat of disaster.  Further authorize the County Judge to finalize and execute same.  gz
