Request Commissioner’s Court consideration and approval of the Amended and Restated Lease Agreement between the City of Frisco and Collin County for property located at 6101 Frisco Square Blvd., Suite 2000, Frisco, TX.  Commencing on January 1, 2019 and terminating December 31, 2019. 

Base rent shall remain at $15.00 per square foot for 3,042 square feet.

Additional rent for common area maintenance will be $5.36 per square foot for approximately 4,024 square feet.  This is an increase of .26¢ per square foot. Total lease cost is $67,198.64 per annum.
