Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Contract Amendment No.1 to the Interlocal Agreement for Teen Court Services between Collin County and Town of Little Elm to extend the contract for one (1) year from October 1, 2019 through and including September 30, 2020 and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same. Town of Little Elm shall pay the County a yearly basic charge of $15,000.00 to be paid in four (4) equal installments.gz Renewal Option: Year 1 of 4
