Cody Phillips, owner of lot 9 is seeking to subdivide lot 9 into two lots, lot 9A and 9B. Lot 9A will be 2.406 acres. Lot 9B will be 2.416 acres. The re-plat does meet the county’s subdivision regulations. Local Government Code 232.041 requires that notice be given to affected parties prior to a decision by the Commissioners Court.
 
A notice was published on the County’s website for 30 days prior to the public hearing and a notice was sent out to the other land owners in the McKinley Estates Subdivision, 30 days prior to the public hearing.
