Department Action

The owner of lots 5, 6 and 7 in the Lakeshore Acres Subdivision, a filed and recorded subdivision in the county’s unincorporated area, has applied to Commissioners Court for the re-plat. The re-plat consists of creating 1 lot (5R) from the existing Lots 5, 6, 7 and adjoining 1.5 acres south of lots 5, 6 and 7. Lot 5R will be 1.967 acres.

A notice was published on the County’s website for 30 days prior to the public hearing and a notice was sent out to the other land owners in the Lakeshore Acres Addition, 30 days prior to the public hearing.
