Department Action

The Collin County Information Technology Department requests approval to award the purchase of the Constable software Athena to ICS. ICS is the sole software provider.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding 1) Approve Integrated Computer Systems, Inc. as the sole source provider for ICS Athena CAD and ICS Athena Law and ICS Athena Mobile products per the attached documentation and further allow exemption from the competitive bid process in accordance with V.T.C.A. Local Government Code 262.024 (a) (7) (A). and 2) Approval of award of AGR No. 2019-308, for the purchase of the Software Licenses for the Constable, per the attached quote. sh

Software Licenses for Athena Case Law - $54,240.30 -- Software Assurance (Maintenance) - $10,073.70 (recurring cost)
Software Licenses for Property Room Mgmt - $5,100 -- Software Assurance (Maintenance) - $900.00 (recurring cost)

Budgeted funds available in each Constable Office for a total of of $70,314 for the award of the Athena Software to Integrated Computer Systems, Inc.. General Fund (0001).

Commissioners Court

Declare Integrated Computer Systems, Inc. as the sole source provider for ICS Athena CAD, ICS Athena Law, and ICS Athena Mobile products and grant an exemption from the competitive bid process per Texas Local Government Code 262.024(a)(7)(A), approval to award Software Licenses for the Constable (AGR. No. 2019-308) to Integrated Computer Systems, Inc., and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, Information Technology.
