Department Action

Sheriff's Office is requesting approval to enter into an agreement with TxDOT to share video from cameras located on Highway 75. TxDOT does not charge for this camera feed.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of the Agreement for Sharing Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) data between Texas Department of Transportation-Dallas District (TxDOT) and Collin County for the reception and use of TxDOT related traffic information at no cost to the County. Further authorize the County Judge to execute same. MD

Agreement will remain in effect for a period of five (5) years after the agreement is fully executed.

Budget Department Action

Agreement for Sharing Intelligent Transportation Systems data between the Texas Department of Transportation - Dallas District and Collin County. The Texas Department of Transportation is not charging a fee for the first year but has the right to charge one any time after the first year of the agreement. Contract is effective when all parties have signed and dated the agreement and will terminate five years from that date.
