Department Action

At the request of the Purchasing Department, Information Technology is requesting Commissioner Court to authorize renewal of the SpindleMedia Tax Software Maintenance Agreement. The FY20 renewal will be budgeted as part of the non-departmental budget request and is estimated to be under $105,000.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval to renew software maintenance with Spindlemedia, Inc. for Software Maintenance for the Tax Collection Software (2014-271) for the period of October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020, per the attached in the amount of $104.906. cw

Note: Spindlemedia, Inc. is the sole source provider for the Tax Collection Software per Court Order 2014-479-07-28.

Budgeted funds available upon adoption of the FY 2020 Budget in non departmental maintnenance in the amount of $105,000. Funds to be used for the renewal of Contract 2014-271 for software maintenance for the Tax Collection Software. Contract term is October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020. General Fund (0001).
