Fernando and Ana Rosa Salas, owners of lot 3 are seeking to subdivide lot 3 into two lots, lot 3A and 3B. The resulting lots shall be approximately 2.0 to 2.4 acres. The re-plat does meet the county’s subdivision regulations. Local Government Code 232.041 requires that notice be given to affected parties prior to a decision by the Commissioners Court.

A notice was published on the County’s website for 30 days prior to the public hearing and a notice was sent out to the other land owners in the Little Ranch Acres Subdivision, 30 days prior to the public hearing.
