We respectfully request Commissioners’ Court approve the Amendment for the Facilities Construction and use of Animal Shelter Services with the Town of Fairview. This amendment provides for an extension of the contract from October 1, 2019 and continuing through and including September 30, 2024 for the Facilities Construction and use of Animal Shelter Services.
