PLAT CHANGES
The purpose of this replat is to take 1.003-acres out of the existing Tract 1 and add it to the existing Lot 6/7RR to create the 6.000-acre Lot 6/7RRR. Tract 1R will be the remaining 12.000-acre lot.
This replat does not require a public hearing.
ACTION
We recommend Commissioners Court approve the Replat of lot 6/7RRR and Tract 1R in the Hills of Lone Star Subdivision Deer Meadow Phase 2B.
