Department Action

We respectfully request Commissioners’ Court approve the Amendment to the Animal Control and Animal Shelter Services Agreement with the City of Weston. This amendment provides for an extension of the contract for 1-year period from October 1, 2019 and continuing through and including September 30, 2020 at a cost to the City of $2,500.00for Animal Control Services and $2,500 for Animal Shelter Services.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Amendment No. 3 to the Interlocal Agreement for the Animal Control and Animal Shelter Services with the City of Weston, AGR 2017-208, to set the rate for FY2020 to be effective October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020; further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same.
