Department Action

This is a request to enter into an Interlocal Agreement with Melissa ISD for the provision of child abuse investigation services and law enforcement services. The term of this agreement is for four (4) years; and Melissa ISD will pay an annual fee of $1,000.00 to the County for providing these services.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Interlocal Agreement No. 2019-361, between Collin County and Melissa ISD for Child Abuse Investigation Services. Agreement shall commence on October 1, 2019 and continue in full force and effect through September 30, 2023. Payment shall be paid by the Melissa ISD in the amount of $1,000.00 to the County on an annual basis. Further authorize the County Judge to execute the same. BS

HR and/or IT Action

Budget Department Action

Inter-local Child Abuse Investigative Services Agreement with the Melissa ISD for the amount of $1,000 annually. Payment is based upon the population estimates of the City and that population is based on the most recently published figures obtained from the North Central Texas Council of Governments. City will compensate County for services provided. Agreement term is October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2023. General Fund Revenue (0001).
