Department Action

This is a request to enter into an Interlocal Agreement with City of Farmersville for the provision of child abuse investigation services and law enforcement services. The term of this agreement is for four (4) years; the City of Farmersville will pay $6,000.00 to the County for providing these services.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Interlocal Agreement No. 2019-362, between Collin County and City of Farmersville for Child Abuse Investigation Services. Agreement shall commence on October 1, 2019 and continue in full force and effect through September 30, 2023. Payment shall be paid by the City of Farmersville in the amount of $6,000.00 to the County on an annual basis. Further authorize the County Judge to execute the same. BS

Budget Department Action

Inter-local Child Abuse Investigative Services Agreement with the City of Farmersville for the amount of $6,000 annually. Payment is based upon the population estimates of the City and that population is based on the most recently published figures obtained from the North Central Texas Council of Governments. City will compensate County for services provided. General Fund Revenue (0001).
