We respectfully request Commissioners’ Court approve the Amendment for the Facilities Construction and use of Animal Shelter Services with the City of Celina. This amendment provides for an extension of the contract for 1-year period from October 1, 2019 and continuing through and including September 30, 2020 at a cost to the City of $15,266.00 for the Facilities Construction and use of Animal Shelter Services.

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement for the Facilities Construction and use of the Animal Shelter Services with the City of Celina, AGR 06668-09, to set the rate for FY2020 to be effective October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020; further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same.
