Department Action

In March of 2019 the duties of the Fire Marshal’s Office were expanded as they pertain to Commercial Buildings. At the April 1, 2019 meeting the Commissioner’s Court approved changing the FY 2019 Fee Schedule from .12 to .20 a square foot as a result of the expanded duties. The FY 2020 fee schedule shows .12.

I respectfully request the Court to consider and approve amending the FY 2020 Fire Marshal Fee schedule, Building/Site Plan review, from .12 to .20 a square foot.
