This is to request for court consent for an amendment to the Title IV-E CPS Legal Services FY20 contract #24735749.

Contract Modifications:
Section IV: Change title from "Total Amount of this Contract" and replace with "Contract Budget" along with new verbiage for attachments (new attachments are also included in agenda)
Section VII: Delete "Legal Notes" in old contract and replace with "Attachments" along with verbiage for attachments.
Section VIII: Delete "Attachments" in old contract (now under Section VII in new contract)
Section III: Add "Effective Date" of Bilateral Amendment of October 1, 2019

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration any action regarding approval of Amendment No. 01 to Contract #24735749 the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) for IV-E County Legal Services and authorize County Judge to execute same. sh
