 On March 19, 2018, Court Order No. 2018-252-03-19 Commissioners Court approved The Residences at Cottage Hill Final Plat. The Engineering Department requests approval to place regulatory signs on the following roads in the Residences of Cottage Hill Subdivision in accordance with the attached engineering study.  
 
  1. Stop sign with name plate at intersection of: (reference attached Signage Plan)
  • Mann Parkway with FM 2478,
  • Tucker Place and Mann Parkway,
  • Custer Court and Mann Parkway,
  • Orchard Lane and Mann Parkway,
  • Bobcat Trail and Orchard Lane,
  • Bobcat Trail and CR 171,
  • Mann Parkway and County Road 171
  1. Speed Limit Signs: (reference attached Signage Plan)
  • 1-20 mph sign at the entrance to the subdivision at intersection of FM 2478 and Mann Parkway. (South side of Mann Parkway)
  • 1-20 mph sign at the entrance to the subdivision at the intersection of CR 171 and Bobcat Trail (north side of Bobcat Trail)
  • 1-20 mph sign at the entrance to the subdivision at the intersection of CR 171 and Mann Parkway (north side of Mann Parkway)
