PLAT CHANGES
The purpose of this re-plat is to remove from lot CA-4RR approximately 1.60 acres and add said acreage to lot 9 creating lot 9R. There is not a current address for either lot. For reference, the property ID for lot 9 is 2759833. The resulting lot 9R will be 6.006 acres and as result lot CA-4RRR will be 1.912 acres.
This re-plat does not require a public hearing.
ACTION
We recommend Commissioners Court approve the Re-plat of lots 9R and CA-4RRR in the Hills of Lone Star phase 6 Subdivision.
