Department Action

Greg and Connie Pettitt, owners of lots 13 and 14, are seeking to re-locate the property line between the two lots, lot 13R and 14R. The address for lot 13 is 5440 CR 597. The resulting lots shall be approximately 4.2 to 4.3 acres. The re-plat does meet the county’s subdivision regulations. Local Government Code 232.041 requires that notice be given to affected parties prior to a decision by the Commissioners Court.

A notice was published on the County’s website for 30 days prior to the public hearing and a notice was sent out to the other land owners in the Spencer Estates Subdivision, 30 days prior to the public hearing.
