Department Action

The Collin County Sheriff's Office respectfully requests the court's approval to enter into the FY 2020 Dispatch Agreement with the Town of Fairview effective October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Interlocal Agreement No. 2020-062, between Collin County and Town of Fairview for Dispatch Services. Agreement shall commence on October 1, 2019 and continue in full force and effect through September 30, 2020. This agreement may be renewed for an additional one (1) year period at the rates established and agreed upon by both parties. Payment shall be paid by the Town of Fairview to the County on an annual basis. Further authorize the County Judge to execute the same. BS

FY 2020 Interlocal Agreement for Dispatch Services with the Town of Fairview from October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020. Compensation to Collin County in the amount of $111,101.24 stated in Section 5 of the ILA. General Fund (0001).
