We respectfully request Commissioners’ Court approve the Amendment to the Animal Shelter Agreement with the City of Anna. This amendment provides for an extension of the contract for 1-year period from October 1, 2019 and continuing through and including September 30, 2020 at a cost to the City of $24,220.00 for Animal Shelter services.

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Amendment No. 13 to the Interlocal Agreement for the Facilities Construction and use of Animal Shelter Services with the City of Anna, AGR 10097-09, to set the rate for FY2020 to be effective October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020; further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same.
