We respectfully request Commissioners’ Court approve Amendment for the Facilities Construction and use of Animal Shelter Services with the City of McKinney. This amendment provides for an extension of the contract for 1-year period from October 1, 2019 and continuing through and including September 30, 2020.

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement for the Facilities Construction and use of Animal Shelter Services with the City of McKinney, AGR 12291-08, to set the rate for FY2020 to be effective October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020; further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same.
