Department Action

The Collin County Sheriff's Office respectfully requests the court's approval to enter into the FY 2020 Dispatch Agreement with the Celina Fire Department effective October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020. This agreement may be renewed for an additional one (1) year period at the rates established and agreed upon by both parties.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Interlocal Agreement No. 2020-065, between Collin County and City of Celina Fire Department for Dispatch Services. Agreement shall commence on October 1, 2019 and continue in full force and effect through September 30, 2020. This agreement may be renewed for an additional one (1) year period at the rates established and agreed upon by both parties. Payment shall be paid by the City of Celina Fire Department to the County on an annual basis. Further authorize the County Judge to execute the same. BS
