Department Action

Information Technology is requesting Commissioner Court to authorize renewal the Juvenile Case Management System with TechShare. The FY20 renewal award is $252,034.00 and is budgeted as part of the non-departmental budget request. The JCMS renewal with TechShare LGC was approved under court order 2018-651-08-13.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of TechShare Local Government Corporation as the sole source provider for TechShare Juvenile Case Management Systems (JCMS) per the attached documentation and further allow exemption from the competitive bid process in accordance with V.T.C.A. Local Government Code 262.024 (a) (7) (A) and continue maintenance of TechShare Juvenile Case Management System (JCMS) for the period January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020. sh
