The Information Technology department is requesting that Commissioners Court approve a change order to the Time Collection project. This change order is for an additional 100 time reporter software licenses and associated maintenance. These licenses are necessary due to increased time reporter positions in the county since the initial contract.

This project, budgeted under Project Code R06102 and approved on Court Order 2017-813-10-09, has project contingency funds available. The total change order is $3150.00 to cover purchase of the additional software.
