FYI to Commissioners' Court for Change Order No. 2 to Construction, Relocation of Collin County Tax Office, 900 E. Park Blvd., Plano, IFB No. 2019-174 to JM Construction Solutions.
PCO 3- Engineer requested add to include pumps on the HVAC condensate drain lines. Ceiling height conditions caused us to add pumps at four of six units. $2,516.31
PCO 5 - City of Plano required added lighting on the outside of the building during an inspection. $2,394. 70
PCO 6 - Owner required added data drops for the State Tax System at three locations. $1,254.00
PCO 7 - Engineer required add to change HVAC controls on three of six units. Three of the sensors were demolished per plan before we caught the problem and salvaged the other three. New sensors don't work with the old system so new control boards and sensors need to be installed. $4,559.50.
In addition 13 days should be added to the contract to perform the work.
Total for this Change Order- $10,724.51 or 1.2% of contract
Total Change Orders for the Project- $11,882.09 or 1.4% of contract
