Department Action

This is a request to enter into an Interlocal Agreement with Prosper ISD for the provision of child abuse investigation services and law enforcement services. The term of this agreement is for four (4) years; and Prosper ISD will pay $1,000.00 annually to the County for providing these services.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Interlocal Agreement No. 2020-101, between Collin County and Prosper ISD for Child Abuse Investigation Services. Agreement shall commence on October 1, 2019 and continue in full force and effect through September 30, 2023. Payment shall be paid by Prosper ISD in the amount of $1,000.00 to the County on an annual basis. Further authorize the County Judge to execute the same. BS
