Commissioners Court approved the Funding Recommendations for the 2018 Parks/Open Space Bond, 1st Series, Project Funding Assistance Program on October 14, 2019 (CO# 2019-942-10-14).

We seek Commissioners Court approval and execution of the attached Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Celina for Land Acquisition within the City’s ETJ, ($1,000,000) bond project OI18PG01.

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of an Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Celina concerning the acquisition of land within the City of Celina's Extra Territorial Jurisdiction (ETJ), bond project OI18PG01; further authorize the County Judge to execute same. MD

Collin County's contribution is a NTE $1,000,000.00.
