Commissioners Court approved the Funding Recommendations for the 2018 Parks/Open Space Bond, 1st Series, Project Funding Assistance Program on October 14, 2019 (CO# 2019-942-10-14).

We seek Commissioners Court approval and execution of the attached Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Wylie for Twin Lakes Park Trail, ($60,000) bond project OI18PG06.

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of the Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Wylie concerning improvements to Twin Lakes Park Trail, bond project OI18PG06; further authorize the County Judge to execute same. MD

Collin County's contribution is a NTE $60,000.00.
