Department Action

The Juvenile Probation Department has sought and been awarded a grant through the Texas Juvenile Justice Department. These state funds were established pursuant to SB 1630 to divert young offenders from state commitment. The grant award if for $53,376.30 with no county match and will be used to pay for residential services for a Collin County youth being diverted from state commitment.
