Department Action

I respectfully request the Court to consider and approve the enclosed ILA to provide the City of Blue Ridge fire inspection and fire plan review services. Section 352.019 (C) of the Texas Local Government Code provides the ability to the Fire Marshal’s Office to enforce orders and decrees within a municipality in the county when specifically required to do so by interlocal agreement.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners’ Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Agreement 2019-375 between the City of Blue Ridge and Collin County for Fire Inspection and Fire Plan Review Services effective on date of award through September 30, 2020 and may be renewed for four (4) additional one (1) year terms as agreed in writing by both parties, and further authorize the County Judge to execute the same. Budget Department Action

Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Blue Ridge for fire inspections and fire plan review services. City of Blue Ridge to pay Collin County for the services provided on an as needed basis. Agreement effective through September 30, 2020.
