Department Action

I respectfully request the Court to consider and approve contract renewal to the (contract no. 2019-151) for the ILA providing the City of Lavon fire inspection and fire plan review services through September 30, 2020. Section 352.019 (C) of the Texas Local Government Code provides the ability to the Fire Marshal’s Office to enforce orders and decrees within a municipality in the county when specifically required to do so by interlocal agreement.

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval to renew the Interlocal Agreement for Fire Inspection and Plan Review Services with the City of Lavon, Agreement 2019-151, at the same terms and conditions for the period of October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020. KG
