We seek Commissioners Court approval and execution of the attached Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the Town of Prosper for Whitely Place Powerline Easement Trail, ($90,000) bond project OI18PG04.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of an Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the Town of Prosper concerning construction of Whitley Place Powerline Easement Trail and further authorize the County Judge to execute same. MD

Collin County's participation is a NTE $90,000.00
