Department Action

Respectfully requesting approval of the ICAC ILA. The term is from October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020. The City of Dallas has agreed to reimburse Collin County up to $9,000.00 for expenses incurred that are necessary to combat internet crimes against children.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Interlocal Agreement with City of Dallas for Internet Crimes Against Children grant for the period October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020 and authorize County Judge to execute same. sh

FY 2020 ICAC Interlocal Agreement in the amount of $9,000 in federal funds with no required match. Funding is to be used for training, travel and equipment related to combating online child abuse. Grant term is October 1, 2019 through Septemeber 30, 2020.

Grant award has been reviewed by the grant review committee as per attached. Federal funds in the amount of $9,000 with no county match required. Grant period is 10/1/2019 through 9/30/2020.
