We respectfully request Commissioners’ Court approve the Amendment to the Animal Control Agreement with the City of Princeton. This amendment provides for an extension of the contract for 1-year period from October 1, 2020 and continuing through and including September 30, 2020 at a cost to the City of $33,864.00 for Animal Control Services

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Amendment No. 13 to the Interlocal Agreement for the Animal Control Services Agreement with the City of Princeton, AGR 11221-09, to set the rate for FY2020 to be effective October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020; further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same.
