Department Action

At the request of the Purchasing Department, Information Technology is requesting Commissioner Court to authorize the renewal of the maintenance contract with IB Wireless for the cell system rebroadcast system at Myers Park. The FY20 renewal is budgeted as part of the non-departmental budget request. The cost of the maintenance agreement is $2,000.

Purchasing Department Action

Requesting Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment No. 3 to RFP 2016-207, Cellular Antenna System for Myers Park Show Barn, to renew the annual maintenance for the period of February 1, 2020 through January 31, 2021 in the amount of $2,000 and authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. This will be the final renewal year of the contract. MRM
