Request Commissioners' Court approval for an easement to Bear Creek Special Utility District. This easement will allow Bear Creek to provide water service to our new building in Lavon, Texas. Attorneys for both parties have reviewed the easement. In paragraph 4 there is language about a secondary easement that our Attorney believes is unnecessary. Bear Creek has stated that this language is required and a review of County records shows that since 2-20-2019 the language has been in every easement that abuts a major right of way.
