The Information Technology department is requesting that Commissioners Court approve an amendment to the Time Collection project. This amendment is for five additional time clocks, associated hardware maintenance, hard wall mounting brackets, an additional 100 time reporter software licenses, and associated software maintenance. These items are necessary to support requests made by the Human Resources department.
This project, budgeted under Project Code R06102 and approved on Court Order 2017-813-10-09, has funds available within the change limit of the existing purchase order. The total amendment is $18289.00 to cover purchase of the additional items.
