Department Action
Kevin and Tracy Bailey, owners of lot 6 and Debbie and Stephen Martinez, owners of lot 7, along with the developer of Hills of Lone Star phase 6, C. Kent Adams, dba Lone Star Partners, request Commissioners Court consider approval of the attached replat.
PLAT CHANGES
The lot line between lots 6 and 7 is being changed to decrease lot 6R from 6.888 to 6.024 and increase lot 7R from 5.160 to increase to 6.024 acres. This replat does not affect any On Site Sewage Facilities and does not require a public hearing.
Most of the area encompassed under this replat is within the City of Anna’s Extra Territorial Jurisdiction (ETJ). I have attached a letter from the city that defers their jurisdiction to the county.
ACTION We recommend Commissioners Court approve the Replat of lots 6R and 7R of the Hills of Lone Star; Phase 6/East Fork South
