Department Action
Eisenhower Estates, LLC, owner and developer, requests Commissioners Court consider approval of the Eisenhower Estates Replat of Lot 1, Block A. The subdivision is not in any city’s ETJ.
LOCATION AND SIZE The subdivision is located on at the on CR 660, southeast of the City of Blue Ridge. See location map attached. The subdivision consists of one (1) residential lot that is 2.797 acres. The lot fronts an existing county road, therefore no road construction is required. The reason for the replat is to slightly adjust the west property line to move it further away from an existing barn. No Public Hearing is required for this replat.
ROADS, UTILITIES AND DRAINAGE
On-site sewage facilities systems are suitable for Eisenhower Estates. No grading will be done of the lot. Water will be supplied by North Farmersville Water Supply Corporation. The 100-year flood plain does not encroach upon the subdivision.
