McKinley Estates, LLC, owner and developer, requests Commissioners Court consider approval of the McKinley Estates Subdivision. The subdivision is not in any city’s ETJ.
LOCATION AND SIZE
The subdivision is located on at the Northeast corner of CR 705 and CR 6185, southeast of Blue Ridge. See location map attached. The subdivision consists of nine (9) residential lots, ranging from 4.882 to 4.948 acres. All the lots front an existing County Road, therefore no road construction is required.
ROADS, UTILITIES AND DRAINAGE
The owner has submitted the final plat with contours for review. The plans show adequate drainage patterns within the subdivision.
On-site sewage facilities systems are suitable for McKinley Estates. Water will be supplied to the subdivision by Hickory Creek SUD. The 100-year flood plain does not encroach upon the subdivision.
ACTION We recommend Commissioners Court approve the McKinley Estates Final Plat
