The Collin County Information Technology Department requests the Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Contract No. 2019-110 thru DIR-TEX-AN-NG-CTSA-005 . This will increase our current secondary internet circuit from 100MB to 1GB. The quote submitted by AT&T DIR is the lowest cost option. This upgrade will protect our current internet service. In the event of data loss in the Data Center internet traffic will automatically route internet traffic to the Fusion Center. Conversely should we lost internet service in the Fusion Center, internet traffic will be routed to the Data Center. The current 100MB service level being utilized by the Fusion Center does not have the bandwidth to support carrying the internet traffic currently running through the Data Center. - CS
