Attached you will find the SURVIVR Pilot Program Agreement for the Courts' approval. The SURVIVR program is a virtual-reality scenario based training for Law Enforcement.
SURVIVR will provide Collin County Sheriff's Office ONE (1) program setup including hardware and software necessary to run the program and equipment. The County will not be required to make any payments in exchange for the use of the equipment and access to the program.
The agreement will begin August 5, 2019 and will end May 1, 2020.

The product that we will be utlizing has a value of approximately $3,000. The system is standalone and will not connect to the Collin County network.
